My Approach

My approach to life coaching is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply rooted in curiosity. I believe you already hold the wisdom you need—my role is to help you access it with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling stuck or unclear, identify what truly matters to you, and create practical steps toward meaningful progress, intentions and goals. I offer a supportive space where you can be honest, dream big, and stay accountable to your growth.


How I Can Help

There is a key difference between counselling and coaching. Counselling often looks back into the past to help explain and heal the present. It takes time for reflection and embodiment while coaching is a forward-momentum mindset, touching briefly on emotional blocks but optimizing your readiness to keep moving. Owl Wise Coaching is a place where you can try new things, take managed risks, track progress, and celebrate successes within a safe and encouraging framework. Coaching is for people who are ready to break out of stalemates and forge a new way forward.

I will be your accountability partner - one who helps you to set realistic and achievable goals, keeps you on track, and eases the pivots along the way.

  • Initial Discovery Session - $130 for 60 minutes

    We’ll explore the goal(s) you want to set, find out what success will look like, talk about what gets in the way, and begin creating do-able action steps.

    Follow Up and Tracking Sessions - $65 for 30 minutes

    These check-in sessions are for taking stock of progress as well as setbacks; pivot, if necessary; and celebrate the ways in which you’ve shown up for yourself.

    Quick email exchanges between sessions are offered and welcomed.

  • The number of times we meet depends on your stated goals but, generally, four to six half-hour appointments (not including the initial one-hour Discovery Session) should be enough to get you well on your way!

  • Again, this is up to you, your budget, and your level of motivation but, generally, I would say bi-weekly to monthly.
