Intentional Nature Walks

Three free monthly intentional nature walks. The restorative benefits of being in nature for mental, physical and spiritual health are undisputed. For these easy, no stress walks we will set a specific intention for our time together. This helps to bring us into the present moment and to focus on the experience itself.

You do not need to be a hiker in order to attend. You do not need to be physically fit in order to attend; however, pronounced mobility issues might prove challenging. Think easy, stress-free meandering.

Be sure to wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear. Bring a bottle of water. And maybe a notebook for jotting down ideas, observations, drawings.

Ancestral Patterns

This will be an in-person workshop where you will learn the basics of setting up a family tree (using the free Family Search platform). You'll gather what genealogical information you can of your parents, grandparents and great-grandparents and add that to your tree, paying particular attention to the details that helped shape the lives of your ancestors. You will suss out the ways in which your own life and life choices mirror those of your ancestors.

No previous experience of family tree building is required.

You do not need to come with a whole pile of information about your ancestors.

You will want to bring your curiosity, your inner detective, and your pattern making brain.

Oh, and a laptop or iPad as we will be using the internet.

Guided Meditations

Free monthly pre-recorded guided meditation/visualization experiences. This will be a time to pause, to connect, and to experience community in the comfort of your own home. I'll be posting the pre-recorded sessions on my website where you can enjoy them at your leisure.

No previous experience necessary.

You do not need to show up in your best yoga tights.

You do not need to comb your hair, put on your make-up or even brush your teeth to be welcomed.

This is a strictly come as you are space.

Have handy a blanket, a pillow, warm socks - anything that signals to your nervous system that it's time to relax and let go.

I might also suggest a notebook and pen to capture images, messages or insights you might want to spend more time exploring.
