Relationship counselling offers a chance to slow down, reconnect, and better understand one another in a supportive, non-judgmental space. I help couples uncover patterns, strengthen communication, and foster deeper connections—so you can move forward with greater clarity, trust, and ease.

The short answer is no. I am most interested in helping couples deepen an already strong bond. However, open exploration of options is also welcome.

If warranted, I may, on occasion, offer individual sessions to each partner but this would be with full disclosure and only if it serves the relationship counselling itself.
