Having A Good Cry
Updated: Apr 16, 2022

It's good to cry, despite the inherent awkwardness and feelings of vulnerability. Crying releases pent up sadness, grief, frustration and even anger. I prefer"good" crying - the kind where something so beautiful gets inside your heart and overwhelms your senses. Human beings are capable of creating beautiful things and one of those is music. Lyrics and melody both. I've created a play list here for you to tune into when you're ready to let some beauty in and some grief out.
Playlist For When You Need a Good Cry
Gravity - Sarah Bareilles
Landslide - Stevie Nicks
Same Love - Macklemore
Spiegel im Spiegel - Nicole Benedetti & Alexei Grynyuk version
Daughters - John Mayer
100 Years - Five for Fighting
Hallelujah - k.d. lang cover of Leonard Cohen's original
